Beauty By Jenna is more than a beauty brand — it’s a movement of joy, inclusion, and purpose.

Founded by Autistic adult Jenna Grabow and her sister-in-law Anna, our mission is simple: to create playful, high-quality beauty products that spread happiness and empower the disabled community.

Jenna, a proud Autistic adult with high support needs, has always been creative. Although she didn’t speak until she was five, she was always drawing and making art. As she got older, beauty school seemed like a natural path — her mother and uncle were both successful cosmetologists, and Jenna wanted to follow in their footsteps. But there was a challenge: Jenna didn’t yet have a high school diploma.

So she spent two extra years earning her GED, determined to chase her dream. Jenna became the first Autistic student to attend the Paul Mitchell School of Beauty in Sherman Oaks. What is typically a 9-month program took Jenna three years as she worked diligently to complete her required hours. And she did it — with courage, creativity, and perseverance.

But after graduating, there were no jobs that could both accommodate her needs and let her express herself. That’s when she moved in with her sister-in-law Anna and brother Griffin. Anna, with a background in marketing, saw Jenna’s talent — and helped turn it into something truly magical: a brand that inspires as much as it gives back. It turns out that 80% of Autistic adults are unemployed, and it's our mission to change that.

Today, Anna runs the business and leads day-to-day operations, while Jenna brings joy, color, and purpose to everything we do. From her hand-drawn thank-you cards to the viral videos that made the world fall in love with her, Jenna’s spirit is the heart of our brand — and Beauty By Jenna is her dream, fulfilled.

Every product is made in the USA and designed to make you feel good — inside and out. From fruity lip balms to our signature Lovable Lip Stains, everything we create is filled with care, color, and joy.

We’ve already hired several Autistic part-time packagers, an Autistic photographer, and an Autistic graphic designer. But this is just the beginning. Our dream is to create jobs for 100 disabled adults and build a company where everyone — no matter their needs — can find meaningful work, creative expression, and belonging.
